Rental Terms

EQUIPMENT RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") before renting any equipment from Rossnowlagh Surf School (hereinafter referred to as the "Rental Company"). This Agreement outlines the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the renter (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "Your") and the Rental Company. By renting equipment from the Rental Company, You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below:

Rental Period: a. The rental period begins on the date and time of pick-up specified in the agreement and ends on the date and time of return specified in the agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Rental Period"). b. Any extension of the Rental Period must be agreed upon by both parties and may be subject to additional rental charges.

Equipment: a. Rossnowlagh Surf School will provide You with the equipment specified in the rental agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Equipment"). b. You acknowledge that You have inspected the Equipment and found it to be in good working condition and suitable for its intended use. c. You agree to return the Equipment in the same condition as it was rented, normal wear and tear excepted.

Rental Fee and Security Deposit: a. You agree to pay the specified rental fee for the Equipment as outlined in the rental agreement. b. In addition to the rental fee, You may be required to provide a security deposit as specified in the rental agreement. The security deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Equipment in the same condition as it was rented, minus any applicable charges for damages, late fees, or other outstanding balances.

Responsibility and Liability: a. You assume full responsibility for the Equipment during the Rental Period. b. You agree to use the Equipment in a safe and responsible manner, following all applicable laws and regulations. c. You will be held liable for any loss, damage, theft, or destruction of the Equipment during the Rental Period. d. You agree to indemnify and hold Rossnowlagh Surf School harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of Your use or possession of the Equipment.

Equipment Return: a. You will return the Equipment to Rossnowlagh Surf School at the designated return location on or before the agreed-upon date and time. b. Late returns may be subject to additional rental charges. c. You will return the Equipment in the same condition as it was rented, normal wear and tear excepted.

Termination: a. Rossnowlagh Surf School reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and reclaim the Equipment at any time if You breach any terms outlined herein or if the Equipment is used in a manner that may endanger Yourself or others.

Limitation of Liability: Rossnowlagh Surf School shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the rental, use, or inability to use the Equipment, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or personal injury.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Rossnowlagh Surf School regarding the rental of the Equipment and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
