Make use of our Surfboard advice and our inhouse range of advanced surfboards here, free of charge with your session. Head instructor at Rossnowlagh Surf School, James Garvey has 20+ years surfing experience and holds several National Titles. James has competed for Ireland at European and World level, so you can be sure the coaching you receive will be high quality.

- On beach video analysis and Technique break-down to show clearly where clients technique needs to be corrected
- Managing fear of larger waves and tough conditions, whilst learning useful techniques to overcome these difficulties
