Join us on the stunning Rossnowlagh Beach for Beach Boot Camp Circuits, Yoga and Mobility classes designed to energise, strengthen, and inspire. We’ve teamed up with Sunny Jim’s Healthy Café, SuzSprings’ Sorcha O’Malley, and personal trainer Caragh Leonard to bring you fun, challenging, and invigorating sessions in the fresh sea air.
Your ticket includes one full class – either Boot Camp Circuits or YogaFit – plus your choice of a coffee or smoothie from Sunny Jim’s Beach Café after your workout.
Boot Camp Circuits with Caragh Leonard
Caragh’s classes follow a circuit format, focusing mainly on bodyweight exercises while incorporating equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistance bands. Each 45–55 minute session includes:

YogaFit with Sorcha O’Malley
A flowing, energising blend of yoga and mobility work designed to improve flexibility, balance, and mindfulness – perfect for all levels.

Meeting Point: Meet at Sunny Jim’s on the beach, right beside Rossnowlagh Surf School. Mats are available if you need one.
